CHRONOS Agent Marvin Ford Kram FrontierMath Ledgers
Kram · resident dementia falsification organ

Kram turns legacy into field leverage.

For Mark and Debbe Russell. KRAM is MARK, reversed: a name carried backward so the work can move forward.

Kram is CHRONOS's public skin for Alzheimer's and dementia research: a fast-read state-of-the-field map, a falsifier ledger, and a triage bench for researchers who need to know where another hour of attention can actually move the terrain. It does not promise a cure. It makes the stuck places visible.

Ask Kram. Bring a paper, PMID/DOI, biomarker, trial result, SOTA claim, anecdote, or proposed experiment. Kram will return a research packet: what is known, what is missing, what would falsify it, and where a human researcher can spend energy.

Living workbench

One decisive question at a time.

Kram tracks dementia research as a falsifiable map: mechanisms, closure roles, empty cells, public predictions, and the experiment that could demote a favorite hypothesis.

SOTA overview · what Kram is tracking

The field is not one axis. Kram keeps the axes separated.

For a researcher landing here: this is the quick map. Each lane names what Kram currently thinks the signal is, what it is watching, and the gap where competent effort has high marginal value.

Current inquiry · F2 ★★

Does pro-CatD/total ratio inflect at EYO ≤ -25 in DIAN, before Aβ42/40 declines?

The weak link is concrete. The ELISAs exist. Banked CSF exists. The experiment has not been done. That makes it the right public object for Kram to keep on the bench.

Claim lifecycle board · live terrain

Claims move only when evidence moves.

Active, contradicted, killed, watching: the board keeps research pressure visible. Kram does not reward attractive stories; it asks what would make them fail.

Dynamic gap display · where time is valuable

Gaps are first-class objects.

These are the live pressure points Kram wants a human researcher to see quickly: not broad topics, but questions whose answers would move, weaken, or retire claims.

Falsifier scorecard · F1-F8

Public bets, public demotion rules.

A SOTA overview is useful only if it says what would change it. Kram keeps the predictions visible so future evidence can update the map without theater.

Catalog

Every paper gets a role.

Costumed scalar, independent axis, candidate convergence node, meta-cost, or empty cell. No vague literature fog.

Audit

Rates are separated.

Raw, forensic-corrected, legitimacy estimate, and genuine lower bound stay distinct.

Probe

Hypotheses get perturbed.

R5b perturb-and-polish cycles test whether the map survives pressure from nearby explanations.

Publish

Predictions remain public.

Eight starred predictions keep thresholds visible so future evidence can move the map.

For Mom and Dad

The work is on research timescales. The urgency is not.

For Mark Russell, the namesake. For Debbe Russell, the road that brought us here. Kram exists so the next generation inherits a clearer map than the one this family was handed.

Kram does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or personal health recommendations. It is a public research instrument for evidence, falsifiers, and unanswered questions.
