# Reasoning / Chain-of-Thought Data Receipts

Public draft v0.2 receipt bundle for the reasoning and chain-of-thought ledger.

Run order:

1. Read `purpose.md` for scope, threat model, and closure criteria.
2. Read `bills_draft.md` for the bill taxonomy, meta-costs, escape gates, and starred empty-space claims.
3. Inspect `_batch_1_union.json` for the deduplicated 394-paper corpus.
4. Use `bill_classifier.py` and `bill_classifier_benchmark.json` to reproduce classifier checks.
5. Use `aggregate_batch_1.py` to rebuild the union from source sweep files in the private research workspace.
